Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements with close attention to the allocation of risk, termination, indemnity, dispute resolution provisions and enforceability under Nigerian law.

Title investigation and due diligence, conveyancing and perfection of title, lease and tenancy documentation, and the resolution of land and landlord and tenant disputes.
Mediation, negotiation and structured settlement of disputes, including pre-action settlement strategy and the drafting of binding terms, informed by his training as an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators.
Approach to Practice
Abdulmajeed works from analysis outward. He establishes the facts and the governing law before testing the commercial consequences of each available course, so that clients receive advice that identifies the risk, sets out the options and recommends a route with the reasoning made plain.
He is attentive to documentation, timelines and the enforceability of what has been agreed, and he treats confidentiality, diligence and candour as non-negotiable features of the relationship between counsel and client.
Advice is measured by whether it holds up when tested: in negotiation, before a regulator, or in court.
